When does the next set of workouts start and end?
Central Park and Prospect Park workouts start on Tuesday, November 17th. Van Cortlandt Park, Astoria Park, and East River Track workouts start on Wednesday, November 18th. The season runs for twelve weeks and ends on Thursday, February 4th, at which point we’ll take a one-week recovery break. Season 3 will start on Tuesday, February 16th.
Do monthly subscriptions apply to all locations? What about packages and individual workouts?
Yes. Your monthly subscription gives you access to all locations. The only limitation is whether your subscription allows for one workout a week or two workouts a week. If you miss a workout at your preferred location, you are welcome to attend one at a different location.
The same applies to your packaged or individual workouts. Please do let us know in advance if you plan to change from your preferred location so the coaches are aware.
Are you offering evening workouts in Central Park? What about Prospect Park?
Yes. The Central Park workouts will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays, in the mornings from 6:00 to 7:30 AM and in the evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 PM.
Prospect Park workouts are now available in the evening only on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 8:00 PM.
If I can’t attend, can I still do the workouts on my own?
Of course. Our descriptions are always thorough and can be implemented while you’re away. If you find yourself near a track, use it and we’ll give you bragging rights. (We love the track like that.) If you post your workout in our Facebook group (or soon to come: on this website), our coaches will provide feedback.
I have commitment issues. How do I know this is good for me?
Newcomers get their first workout for free. Come join us; no need to sign up. If you like the workout, well…go to greathilltc.com/sign-up.
This is a little bit out of my price range. What are my options?
If price is an obstacle, please email us. We hope to accommodate everyone who wants to run with GHTC. Students are eligible for a 20% discount; if you are currently enrolled, please let us know and we’ll send you a discount code.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
Your monthly confirmation email has a link to change or cancel your subscription. Follow that link to cancel.
