The Exhilaration of Shared Achievement
The Great Hill Track Club is a friendly and supportive training group for people of all ability levels. We help runners reach their potential and achieve healthy, balanced fitness in an atmosphere of camaraderie, collaboration, mutual respect, and fun.
Each 90-minute workout session with our RRCA- and USATF-certified coaches includes a dynamic warmup, technique work, an interval-training workout or a tempo run, and strength and flexibility segments, with a ratio of about five runners per coach.
Great Hill Track Club runners are achieving personal records at all ages and having a great time along the way.
